Emails, calls, etc.

Hi folks -- my email inbox is behaving strangely and, while I've got a lot of older messages queued for response as I get to them, I know there were a few pressing ones from yesterday and today (shipping, orders, tracking, etc.) that are missing from my box.

Please get in touch if I haven't gotten back to you about these subjects. I'm currently trying to figure out what's going on -- it's very frustrating -- I think my settings may have been sabotaged by little ones...!
