Just a Note: Yes, I Hear You

Yep, I've been excruciatingly busy around the shop. If you haven't gotten through to me or are worried I haven't responded, it's because I'm trying to get things fixed amidst a flood of in-shop talking/customers/calls.

I'll be getting back to all my emails and phone calls by Saturday/Sunday (there are a lot of them), but if you absolutely need to get in touch before then, please keep buzzing my phone: you will get through the other calls at some point! Thanks for everyone's patience...
