1990s Godin Multiac Acoustic/Electric Classical Guitar
This Godin classical is pre-Multiac (model name) but basically the same instrument. It looks like a solidbody electric guitar but it's actually chambered and fit with a normal, cedar, solid acoustic soundboard with fan bracing. The bridge has a piezo transducer pickup under the saddle and there are these neat metal "tone tines" inside the body for extra resonance. An EQ and preamp as well as battery compartment is installed on the upper-bout.
Plugged-in it sounds great, though it does draw power from two 9V batteries. It also feels really good. I like that neck and the extra frets the cutaway body allows access to. It's sort-of a "crossover" guitar because of the radiused board and slimmed-down profile, but it still has a generous nut width for traditional players to get comfortable with.
So, yes, a successful instrument. It's also dang clean and comes with its original case, too.
Repairs included: setup, cleaning, adjustments.
