1950s Unmarked 4/4 (German-made?) Violin
Above: video from 2021
This is a consignor's 1950s/60s era (I believe) unmarked fiddle. It's full-size and is probably "factory made" in Germany. The case that's with it is earlier, so I suppose it's possible that it's refinished and an earlier instrument, but I just can't tell for sure. The finish style reminds me of '50s and '60s imports.
It's student/intermediate level but sounds good and plays well. It only has a single fine tuner and the chinrest is plastic, however. Its big bit of "fancy" is the one-piece back with curly/mild birdseye figure.
Repairs included: soundpost set, cleaning, setup.

Condition notes: it's crack-free and in good order. The finish is like a dull pumpkin-ish orange-brown. It has a weird patch repair to the side of the headstock at the G/D pegs -- like the wall was blown-out when adjusting the pegholes at some point and repaired. It's good to go.
It comes with: an old hard case.
