1951 Martin 0-18 Flattop Guitar

This '51 has the goods. I love this era of Martin -- they're sturdy-enough for playing all the time without fuss and they're lightly-built enough to sound stellar. This one's warm, full, and woody sounding in the best ways. It's not quite as punchy or cutting as the '54 0-18 I just posted (which you can lay-into more-heavily), but it's sweeter in tone when played with a flatpick and a little more relaxed overall.

It's in good shape overall but does show plenty of middling wear and tear to the finish throughout. If you like a medium-full neck shape and a classic, vevlety-mids Martin sound in a small package, look no further. It's a sweetie.

Repairs included: a neck reset, fret level/dress, new saddle, replacement pins, cleaning, and setup work.

Condition notes: it's all original save bridge pins, endpin, and saddle. There's a filled/repaired hairline on the top bass upper bout that's over kerfing and is good to go. There's also a couple of hairline cracks under the pickguard near the strings that have been cleated and are good to go.

It comes with: it came with a bit of a dinky chip case but I will make sure it leaves here with something decent to protect it.
