2023 Vintage V132 Les Paul Special-Style Electric Guitar

This is a new Vintage (that's the brand) V132 model guitar. These are apparently "designed in the UK, made in Vietnam." Regardless, it's a nice, mahogany-bodied, mahogany-necked, TV Yellow-painted, Les Paul Special-inspired, beastie of a guitar. After setup it plays spot-on and handles well -- very much like "the real thing" save minor cut differences in the heel and headstock areas.

The pickups sound boutiquey -- clean and chimey with low gain and with enough punch and grit to sing well when driving an amp. It's pretty outrageous what can be had for such low dollar amounts these days. When I was learning, a set neck guitar was so much more expensive and it amazes me how prevalent they are these days. It's a win for us all...
