2010s Cordoba C5-CE Classical Cutaway Acoustic/Electric Guitar

I briefly set this guitar up for a customer sometime last year but he hasn't been using it so it's now in for resale. This time around, we got to do it justice and so Jose gave it the proper level/dress of the frets and setup it needed to get it playing spot-on.

This is a nicely-made guitar and has an attractive cutaway. It's solid cedar in the top with ply (I believe) mahogany on the back and sides. The built-in electronics are nothing to write home about but they get the job done. I'm not sure of the year this was made but it's likely something made around 2015-2020. The model is still being built but was introduced around 2010.

Condition notes: it's very clean throughout save the most minor of usewear. When it arrived the fretboard extension was ramping-up a bit and the fretting on the neck was a little off, so we gave it a heavy-handed level/dress job which has made the fretboard extension frets quite low. It still plays as-normal but if you're paying really close attention you will notice the frets are shallower up there. In addition, the saddle had to be lowered quite a bit and so we've strung it with "balled-ends" rather than "tied-over" ends so as to give better back angle/downpressure on the saddle.
