2018 Epiphone AJ-220S Mahogany-Top Dreadnought Guitar

Epiphone has been making relatively faithful slope-shoulder, J-style guitar clones for a while, now, and this mahogany-topped J-45-a-like certainly has a good sound, good feel, and good looks. It's long scale so I suppose that makes it more of a Texan-a-like in handling terms, but it's got that "woody" sound folks are looking for in the Gibson family.

The neck is quick with a bit of a vintage medium C shape as it moves to the higher register and it's playing spot-on after a setup.

Repairs included: a bridge reglue and setup.

Condition notes: it has light scritchy-scratch and usewear here and there throughout the body. The pickguard does not have the Epiphone epsilon emblem so it may be swapped-out or it may have been a model year when they didn't put one on it. In any case, it looks like the '60s guard shape so that's a plus.

It comes with: sorry, no case.
