2021 Alvarez MDR70SB 12-Fret Dreadnought Guitar

Here's a quite-clean, recent, Alvarez 12-fret dreadnought guitar. Variations of this model have been made for a little over a decade but this one's pretty spiffy in its sunburst finish. The pickguard is aftermarket but it's otherwise all-original throughout.

Tonewise, it's big and full-sounding with good punch, plenty of bass, and a "round" sound to each string. There's a reason this style of guitar has become increasingly-popular lately. The 12-fret neck joint also pulls the neck in closer to your body, too, so even though it has a longer scale length, it feels pretty cozy in the lap as opposed to a 14-fret dreadnought which pushes your left arm out a bit farther.

It only needed a quick setup and it's now playing spot-on and ready to serve.

Repairs included: a good setup.

Condition notes: it's very clean with only the most minor usewear in evidence (fine scratches or scuffs here and there). It has a repaired, teensy, fine-line hairline crack along the bridge pins (not through the bridge but just in the surface). It's drop-filled and holding pat. These Alvarez bridges often get them because they're very thin on the back edge.

It comes with: a gigbag.
