1982 Fender Bullet Deluxe (Strat-Shape) Electric Guitar

I see Fender Bullets (the USA-made ones) now and then, both in this Strat-style form and the rarer Tele-style form. This one's nicer than average and has the famed '80s Tele-style, super-quick neck profile. It's a very clean example of a Bullet, too, with all of its original bits intact.

I don't see the twin humbucker variants like this one very often, either, and they're certainly a cool design. The pickups are basically two "normal" Dan Smith-era single coil pickups fit together in a humbucker housing and wired in parallel. Turning on or off the switches near the 3-way switch takes one coil out of either pickup and thus you get a "two-in-one" guitar -- with Stratty-sounding singles and also clean, fuller-sounding humbuckers. There's a lot of good stuff happening between all of these sonic spaces...!

This was just in for "glorified setup" work -- a level//dress of the frets followed by a setup -- and it's come-out of the work playing like a champ.
