2020s Yamaha Revstar RS620 Solidbody Electric Guitar

Overview: Yamaha's Revstar line is like their PRS/Les Paul mashup guitar -- mixed with a little bit of retro charm in its body cut and looks. All of the ones I've played have been well-thought-out and felt sturdy and functional in the hands -- this one included.

Tone: The buckers are balanced and clean-sounding -- not muddy at all -- and adapt well to just about any style you want to give them.

Feel: The neck feel is similar to late-'50s/early-'60s Gibson necks -- C-shaped and comfy but with a slightly shallower 14" radius to the board. It's a "classic" feel.

Interesting features: The owner played this a good while for gigs and had the wiring modified to remove the push/pull coil-tap feature. It's now just a normal 3-way and volume/tone configuration.

Repairs included: It's had a good setup and it's ready to go.

Condition notes: It's actually quite clean overall but does show mild usewear throughout via small light scratches and scuffs -- it's not obvious and it looks "shopworn" at most. The frets are in great shape and only have the tiniest amount of wear -- so little that we didn't do the customary level/dress job as they act like fresh ones.

It comes with: Sorry, no gigbag.
