2024 Tweed River 5w Tube Amp Head w/1x12" Cab

Tweed River amps come from Pittsfield, Vermont -- just down the street from the shop a ways! This one is wired like a 5F2-A tweed Princeton but has high-grade, boutique components and is built to an exceedingly-high spec with a custom pine cabinet (with dovetailed edges) for the head and comes with a custom, mahogany cabinet for the 12" speaker. These Tweed River amps sound like the best version of a 5w tweed you'll ever hear. They're incredibly musical and the care and attention to detail in the build and components is what makes them shine.

The maker's "amp features" list included with his notes about the amp tell the story... it has...

I'd just like to say that, for starters, this is a gorgeously-built amp and folks in the shop have commented on the nice looks each time they see it. It also has tone like a beast. The bigger speaker vs. his 10" combo version of the amp really "opens up the sound" in a room. It's a big, full sound.
