1969 Harmony H1260 Sovereign Jumbo Guitar
Overview: We love our Harmony Sovereign jumbos! This is an H1260 I worked on and sold to my friend Forrest some years ago. He had a ton of guitars and the use-case for this one (it was used for a specific act) is no longer happening, so he brought it back in for resale. It arrived back just the way it left and it sounds just as big, woody, warm, and punchy as before.
Per the usual, this model is like a "fat dreadnought" shape with a solid spruce top over solid mahogany back and sides and with light-ish ladder bracing.
Repairs included: Previously it got a neck reset, level/dress of the frets, bridge shave and mod to a drop-in saddle and pin-bridge configuration, cleaning, and setup work. This time around I just needed to restring and slightly adjust the saddle height. It's playing bang-on and ready to go.
