1920s Gibson A Snakehead Carved-Top Mandolin

This is a customer's nice old "snakehead" Gibson A. It's seen a lot of past repairs and has some alterations (newer bridge, newer tuners, a good refret job), but is obviously a player's instrument and it has seen a ton of use. Compared to the slightly-earlier, teens-era Gibson A models, this one has a little more forward "guts" with a pronounced attack and pop that lets it cut through a mix nicely.

Tim repaired some seams on this, tidied some other things, recut the bridge base a bit to allow more travel for the saddle, and set it up.
