1980s Casio DG-10 Synth/Digital Guitar

I mean, it’s a masterpiece of funky old tech, huh? This got traded-in and Ancel took it to band practice that night.

Jose, Ancel and I lost a ton of time that afternoon making idiotic and wonderful noise. Its best feature is that it makes you play completely differently and so new avenues open up in "the leetle grey cells." It also makes perfect retro video game music without any effort.

The shoulder has a bank of Casio-style sound choices that can be modified (slightly) in the way they're set-up. The controls on the face are mostly "technique" oriented, as I recall.

This thing sounds killer when it's plugged into a PA speaker or amp but its internal speaker is very "classic small Casio" in sound.
