Clippings: A Touch of Harmony Class (c.1939)


I wish I could go to "the convention" tomorrow. I wouldn't mind seeing all the wild stuff Harmony was tinkering with in '39. Note the references to the previously-Oscar Schmidt brands LaScala, Sovereign, and Stella... this was the first year they were in use on Harmony products rather than the New Jersey output.

Anyway, I promise you more fun photos of instruments tomorrow. It's a super-chill 5 degrees as I'm writing this but Wednesday is the first day of my work week so I'm actually pretty "fired up" to finish off a number of customer-sent projects that'll grace the blog tomorrow.
