c.1920 Harmony? Fancy Soprano Ukulele

Not sure of the maker on these but somewhere along the line I remember getting tipped off that this style of uke was an early Harmony build. Works for me. This one is all-original except for a set of new Grover pegs. It's got a couple repaired hairline cracks on the top, a fresh neck set, new (old) 12th fret, and a fresh bridge re-glue.

Materials?

Flamed and curly koa (possibly mahogany?) throughout with rope binding and old-fashioned Hawaiian-style rosette. This one had the remains of some weird patent pegs but of the 5 or so of this body style that I've worked on, most had the remains of wood pegs.

Nice wood, huh?

Bridge is koa with a rosewood saddle. Gives it some extra clarity and punch.

Back's looking nice, too. Finish is in pretty good shape. Please excuse the quality of the photos -- I'm using our older camera as our new one took a fall while on vacation.

Plays nice, sounds nice, and has that old Hawaiianish-Chicago charm. What more?
