Ephemera: Suited Guitar Stylings (c.1940)

This fella's playing a late-30s Harmony-made guitar with all the period's trappings -- mother of toilet seat (celluloid) fretboard, fancy decals, probably a brownish-red sunburst top, crazy pearloid pickguard, and -- hey -- what else? These guits sounded pretty nice, too. Note that this guitar has the more familiar '40s/'50s style Harmony 12-fret body while it features cosmetics from the '30s -- definitely a transition instrument.
