Workshop: Poor Sad Uke

Not so bad, right?

Wrong. One back brace loose, multiple cracks, neck needs to be reset with screw-reinforcement, and both top braces loose enough to pull right out.

The hairlines on the back have turned into spread-out gaps, too...

...but after a bunch of massaging this is on its way to recovery. The only thing I'll have to do after all this sets-up is level/dress the frets and adjust the bridge for height and intonation needs. Oh -- and maybe an extra cleat on the top. The back cleats are all in place and setting-up.
