Where they are now: 1980 Daion Mugen Mk I

I'd bought this guitar for myself in 2011 after being impressed by my buddy Rick's collection of Daions -- and then ended-up trading/selling this to him in December of the same year! It fell into good hands, however, as he's been gigging with it several times a week ever since. It came back for a replacement bridge (original was pulling off and cracked), a fret level/dress, new bone nut, rosewood pins, and a setup. I'd installed a K&K pickup in it previously.

I figured it'd be fun to see just how much this has changed from its original post. Obviously Rick plays the heck out of his guitars...!

The bits of white on the bridge are bone dust leavings -- forgot to clean it off before shooting the photo.
