Local Flavor: More Snow Days

The main power has been off since about 8:45 AM today and we've had a lot of snow. We're lucky-enough to have a high-efficiency generator/inverter which keeps our lights on and our pellet stoves running, so we're toasty and comfortable, though. It also keeps us online (save for a while today when the lines were out), though with the kids home and the shop closed, there wasn't much time to get any "work-work" done.

Instead, we shoveled, tossed snowballs, played warring dragons, and buried troublemakers in mounds of snow before breaking for hot chocolate and novels read out-loud all day long by the fire.

In short: a good Vermont day!
