1990s Mesa/Boogie .50 Caliber+ 1x12" Tube Combo Amp w/1x12" Extension Cab
A 50w Mesa/Boogie .50 Caliber is a nice amp to begin-with, but it's rarer to find them clean and with an original extension speaker, footswitch, and extra tube complement to boot. This is definitely not the kind of amp that I'm familiar with, though, so take the demo with a grain of salt. This is much more of a rawk workhorse than I'm used to.
It's a one-owner rig and has been stored in a smoke-free house recording/lounge area its whole life. It's super-clean and only has one tiny mark on the front, bottom-edge where the tolex got a nick and a tiny patch of black duct-tape was put over it. When I first turned it on, the pots were scratchy, but after spraying them out it's working as it should. It's all-original and ready to go.
To my ears, the best features of this amp are its sizzly boost channel and the easy toneshaping via so much EQ tweaking right at the front panel. It's also dang-loud, too. Ya know -- rawk.
