Ephemera: Bands Bands Bands

How about this late '50s band? In the Navy, too.

A banjo-playing family? Those all look like Stewarts, too, huh? 1890s.

These guys are earlier -- 1860s/1870s, I'd imagine. The guitar looks German and the banjo is a fretless with only 8 hooks. I like the double fiddles and "cello bass."

The above fellas are puttin' on the style -- 1910s/early '20s-era, maybe?

How about a glamorous tenor banjo player? 1920s.

The above two are Latvian soldiers in '30s uniforms. That looks like a painful way to pick mandolin...!
