Back in the Shack: 1930s Oscar Schmidt-made Collegiate Parlor Guitar

This guitar is back again! It was lovingly-played for some time as a country-blues picker, then came back in September last year, and was bought and used for a while before its recent owner decided to stick just to banjo and ditch guitar. So -- his loss, your (potential) gain! These old Oscar Schmidt boxes have a lot more warmth and chunk to their sound than other birch parlors from the time, so they make good flatpickers and fingerpickers both.
