Local Flavor: Late Open Today, Land Narwhals

Alright, world. I'm opening around noon (12:00 PM) today because it's the first day there hasn't been snow all over the roads since before the weekend and I have errands to run!

By way of apology, here's a picture of what happens when people go stir-crazy in COVID times -- folks go yanking giant icicles off of their porch and then they run around the house chasing their kids saying, "look, I'm an evil narwhal! I'm coming to muuuuuuuurrrrder you!"

I do call the very end of Vermont winters "Axe Murdering Time," though -- those last nasty, wet, heavy March/April days where folks just can't take it anymore. Gotta have strong resolve to get through that.

Hahaha! That is awesome! And man, I couldn’t get used to that. I’m currently complaining about the cold weather down here in Savannah because it’s dropping to around 32 at night and in the early morning...

We drove through Vermont on Sunday. Wow! The ground is bare here in SNH. Amazing.

LOL. You look like you've spent too much time in ice-olation.
