2010s Mitchell MU-70 Concert Ukulele

This Chinese-made plywood wonder is $99 new. Don't buy it if you have the option even though it looks pretty-enough. For the same money, an Ohana CK-10 or Cordoba 15CM is a significantly better-sounding instrument with a nicer neck profile. All three will need to get a proper setup after purchase, anyhow, if buying new.

That's not to say this is bad -- it's just so-so. It handles well after a setup and restring but the neck is a little clunky and the sound is one the quieter side and drab. It does have plenty of bling, though.

I have nothing more to say -- save that this will serve its purpose and go out into the world for the next beginner to enjoy "on the house."
