Local Flavor: House Party Boys

Here's a snapshot my friend Dick grabbed of me, Todd, and Rob playing at a house party on Saturday. I'm on a '70s Tokai P-bass clone, Todd's on a '60s Fender Jazzmaster, and Rob's on a '67 Gretsch Nashville.

Todd's the only one going hardcore with the amplification, though -- he's sporting a '60s Harmony 1x12" tube amp. Rob's going through an '80s Roland JC-55 (yessss) and I'm through my purple-cabbed Aguilar. Thunderrrrrrrr...!

A great time was had by all, and if you are going to have to set up a complicated PA with separate speakers outside, Jake is the guy to have with you. Also, the guitar doctor was in, in case of guitar emergencies (of which there were none, even give the age of the instruments). Thanks Jake.
