2016 Squier Classic Vibe '70s Precision Bass
Squiers have come a long way. I remember my first bass -- a late-'90s Squier Jazz -- and it was nothing like this piece of kit. This Precision is well-machined, accurately-built, and sounds big. The Seymour Duncan (aftermarket upgrade, in this case?) pickups are a lot more stoutly-wound than average, I think, so it's got a fat, punchy tone with a pretty steep emphasis in the lows compared to a P-style pickup on, say, a Mexican Standard... but what's "standard" for Fender-made stuff these days, anyway? There are so many options now.
Anyhow, after a quick setup this is ready to roll and playing slick and fast. It has some minor scratches and a small ding on the back but otherwise it's basically "shopworn" or "as-new" and the owner has outfitted it with a nice strap, strap locks, and good case.
Repairs included: quick setup.

It comes with: a nice heavy-duty strap, straplocks installed, and a good foam-style case.
