As well as the Martin 0-17 from the last post, my friend Rick picked-up the cool United Weissenborn-ish creature and had me fit one of the 3 old Kay magnetic pickups I have in-house to it. He's now playing it in standard "low bass A" open tuning... check the video above for a bit of him using it.
