1993 Epiphone PR-800S Dreadnought Guitar

Here's a good, practical, reliable guitar -- solid top, x-braced, nice-looking trim, and a hearty, Alvarez-Yairi-like, dreadnought tone. It's got a long-ish scale length and a fast, easy-playing neck. It reminds me exactly of what it was designed to be -- a '90s singer-songwriter, acoustic-rock guitar. Right?!

I gave this one a glorified setup and it's now ready to go and playing spot-on.

Condition notes: it has some mild-medium scratches here and there on the top and mild usewear throughout the body and neck but it's otherwise fairly clean. The frets have barely any wear on them. The saddle is low to the deck, though, so I slightly-deepened the existing "string ramps" at the bridge.
