1996 Gibson The Hawk Electric Guitar

This guy was just in for a setup but I wanted to share because it's cute, in its way. It's like a SG-player's Les Paul as it's thin, lightweight, has a quick neck, and a good sound. I think I'd prefer metal-topped humbuckers and some gold knobs for an old-school look, but I do like the nod to the past in the single, non-adjustable, stop bridge/tailpiece. Even if the intonation can't be dialed-in perfectly (though it could with a ~$75-100 aftermarket piece of hardware), I love the sound and feel one of these has on a guitar.

The simple control layout and switch in the non-LP position is a nice touch, too.
