1960s Yamaha Red Label FG-110 000-Size Guitar

A Red Label! I like my old, plywood-box, Yamahas just as much as any other fella "in the know." These are great guitars and aren't sleepers anymore, I'm sad to say. The FG-110 was a 000-size model but its waist feels a little narrower than a comparable Martin 000-18 so I've always felt they handled more like 00-size instruments in the lap.

It has a clean, even, brighter sound to it and when it came in it needed the usual stuff -- a neck reset, fret level/dress, and new saddle. Post-repairs it plays bang-on, has been stable in service, and is now boxed-up and returning home to its owner.
