1968 Fender Telecaster Electric Guitar
It's pretty hard to argue with an old Tele! They've got the goods. This one appears entirely original save for the wiring harness and, as wired in the video, it was switched to out-of-phase in the middle position. I've since rewired it back "as-normal."
This one needed only a little bit of work -- it got a level/dress of the frets and a good setup aside from the minor wiring change. As you might expect, it plays like a champ and feels "like home" for me -- a 1 5/8" nut width, curvy fretboard, and medium-C neck profile. I like.
Let's also celebrate the fact that the straight saddles had enough play in them to get them to "tilt" into compensation... yip!
