1998 Martin 000-28EC Flattop Guitar

This is a customer's Martin Eric Clapton model that was just in for a light cleaning, new strings, and setup. It's getting to the point where its neck could do with a reset but the bullet was dodged for a while at least. A lot of '90s Martin guitars are getting to the point that they need them, now, so it's not unexpected.

I've worked maybe a dozen of these or local and regional customers and all of them are pretty similar -- they handle like '30s Martins in the neck and sound close to them, too. The details are, of course, copycatted as well. This one is quite pretty and its top has that perfect, orangey-yellow, buttery, "old guitar" look to it.
