2021 Fender 75th Anniversary Jazz Bass Electric Bass Guitar

Well, yes!? Who doesn't like the fierce metallic paint on this guy with its matching headstock, too? It's a "Diamond Anniversary" bass and has a sort-of gold-like-silver, or silvery-gold metallic finish. It's hard to describe but in-hand it catches the light like crazy and causes immediate flashes of desire in bassists who stop through the shop. We can't help but like flashy stuff, ya know...

Suffice to say, it's a modern, Mexican-made Fender Jazz Bass and comes equipped with an alder body and a pair of '60s-wound, vintage-sounding pickups. Aside from the finish, the only really unusual feature is a "simple" maple fretboard with dots as opposed to the '70s-style, big-block-black inlay. Interestingly, it has a 2020 serial number but it was made for the 2021 lineup.

The neck is retro-flavored in feel and the instrument plays spot-on and is ready to serve after a good setup.
