2011 Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar

It's a Paul! But... it's also fairly lightweight (for a Paul), bare-bones in styling, and comfy as heck. I always enjoy these newer Gibson "stripped-down" models when they're in the shop. They've got the important stuff (sound and feel) without the bling to drive the price up.

This one is made nicely, has a crisp, modern look, and a quick feel. The neck felt immediately "home base" to my hands -- with a round-C profile, shorter scale, and middle-of-the-road radius to the board.

Repairs included: a fret level/dress, restring, and setup.

  • Scale length: 24 5/8"

  • Board radius: 12"
  • Body width: 12 3/4"
  • Body depth: 1 3/4"
  • Body wood: mahogany
  • Bridge: ABR

Condition notes: it's in good order overall with only light playwear/usewear in evidence here and there. It's missing its pickguard but I'm pretty sure I have some extra Paul pickguards hanging around if that's desired.

It comes with: a nice, brown, Gibson hard case.
