1994 Gibson Custom Shop '56 Reissue Les Paul Electric Guitar

A local consignor dropped this guitar off and I never even had a chance to do a demo on it before it was snatched-up by a local friend of mine. I completely understand his desire, though -- this guitar is an absolute champ in the sound and playability department and it looks a beaut, too. It does the '50s Paul P90 thing to a T, has just the right amount of finish checking, and the the goldilocks glow that we're all chasing.

It's a '56 Reissue guitar but it has a '54 Reissue-style serial number. It came and left with the original Custom Shop case and is itself entirely original save for added straplocks and a replacement (TonePros) bridge. The original buttons and bridge are, of course, in the case.
