2021 Music Man Luke III Electric Guitar

Modern Music Man gear is so very-much its own thing because it's built so well and so thoughtfully. This Luke III model has the same asymmetric neck cut on a roasted, flamed-maple neck that I see on so many of these. The finish is intriguing, though, in that it's a cherry sunburst on top of a flamed-maple body cap while the back is a slab of mahogany. This is sort-of PRS-a-like territory. A darker strip of wood is fit between the two halves and serves as "binding" or "purfling" along the outer edge. The effect is classy as heck.

This one is original throughout and very clean.

Aside from that and a very minor amount of playwear/usewear, it's in tip-top shape and still has the good setup I left it with back in November of last year. I just had to dust it off, give it the tiniest truss rod adjustment, and hang it out in the shop for sale.
