1960s Silvertone S1204 (Harmony) Parlor Guitar
This is a local customer's guitar. I have Jose going through the backlog of old Harmony parlors, lately, and this is the second one he's gotten to. Unlike the usual Stella H929 (which looks almost identical to this), this Silvertone-branded one originally sold with a bolted-on pin/tie-block bridge. We've replaced that here with a nice, rosewood, glued pin bridge with bone saddle and ebony pins. The rest of the work included a neck reset, fret level/dress, side dots, and setup work.
It's now a nice, mellow, warm, woody-sounding instrument perfect for porch or couch picking.
