1970s Ampeg V-4 100w Tube Amp Head
Yes, the almighty, 100w, Rolling Stones-worthy, Ampeg V-4. This is it! Mr. Winfield Holt of Orator Amplification has gone through it as well and it's ready to go. It has some tolex tears and scrapes and a replaced (though with a beautiful Saturn-shaped one) knob on the "front dash," but it's healthy. The tubes are all replacement JJs and fresh, too.
This one looks more like an early '70s unit and it has a reverb tank as well. One of the indicator lights needs replacement and the part is included but it's not installed at the moment.
These are built tough and the whole chassis is somewhat suspended so as to keep it removed from excess vibration. It's a clever design feature for an amp from this era.
