1964 Guild F-47 Jumbo Guitar

Nicer-grade, '60s Guild jumbos do not come in that often. This fancy-trimmed F-47 is quite the beaut and was a pleasure to get going. It has a slim, quick, very modern-feeling neck and its J-185-like body style and various trim work is easy on the eyes.

It only needed a level/dress of the frets and a new saddle (for whatever reason, many Guild saddles from the time don't even remotely match the steep radius of the fretboards they belong to) followed by a little setup work. The owner is running 10s on it and while it would do fine structurally with anything up to 12s, even with the 10s is has a great, full sound.
