2024 Guild OM-120 000-Size Guitar
Overview: Modern, import-grade Guilds are quite good guitars. This one is evidence of that -- it plays, looks, and sounds grand. The finish is on the thicker, typical import-style side, but it looks good. The owner already set it up himself (and a very good job at that) and it's ready to go. He bought this new just recently but has too-many-guitars syndrome so it's here for resale.
Tone: Like you'd expect, the all-mahogany build gives it a woody, mids-forward, slightly-scooped highs/lows vibe. The long-scale neck, however, gives it more punch and snap than a normal mahogany 000-size guitar.
Feel: While you might expect the neck to be slimmer, it has more of a '50-style, medium C shape with a flatter, 16" board radius. It's like a "Gibson neck" with a "Martin board."
Interesting features: It's got an understated look with nice, constrasting trim and a single ring of pearl in the rosette. The wood itself has some mild figure throughout that gives it some flair.
Repairs included: A quick setup.
