2019 Kala KA-GTR Tenor Guitar
Overview: I've worked-on and sold a few of these Kala tenor guitars. For the price, they're absolute steals, though they often need a bit of setup work to get them playing their best. They've got solid tops and ply back and sides and have a good, chimey sound that's suited best, maybe, for chordal play or open-tuned folksy picking. They're small, shorter-scale, and 12-fretters which makes them more in line with historical early-'20s tenor guitars which feature similar builds.
Interesting features: The slotted headstock on these is a nice touch. They've also got an attractive-looking bridge and simple, but effective, trim.
Repairs included: It got a glorified setup and is playing spot-on and ready to go.
