1950s Stella (Harmony) H929 Rubber Bridge Electrified Parlor Guitar

This is a customer guitar that was shipped-in for rubber-bridge conversion. It's a venerable H929 Stella model and, judging by its features, mid-'50s in build. These little guys are popular with folks whether they're converted-over or not, but I have to admit I have a real soft spot for them once they are converted. It's such a useful sound for recording or fitting into a band's live sound as it sits in its own little EQ band so well.

It arrived sufficiently-destroyed to mean it had to wait in the queue quite a bit for the job to get going. After a neck reset, some replacement braces fit to the top, back brace reglues, seam repairs, and fretwork, the modding could then commence -- fitting of a nice, Alnico Tele neck pickup and wiring harness, rubber bridge fit, and setup work.
