1950s Harmony H1215 Archtop Tenor Guitar
This is a local customer's Harmony tenor guitar. I've worked on tons of these in the past and this one needed the usual stuff -- seam and crack repairs, a neck reset, fret level/dress, bridge modification, cleaning, and setup work. It was a team effort between myself, Sarah, and Jose, and it turned-out into a quick, easy player with a midsy, woody sound to it.
These guys have press-arched tops and backs of solid birch with faux-grain painting. The neck is poplar and it has an ebonized-mysterywood fretboard and bridge. It's tonebar-braced and, per the usual, the top has warped a bit every-which-way around the f-holes.
