1979 Guild D-55 Dreadnought Guitar

This is a nice old D-55 I worked-on for a customer last week. It's spruce over rosewood, decked-out in multi-ply binding and fancy pearl block inlays, and has ebony in the board and bridge. It needed a neck reset, level/dress of the frets, new saddle, and setup work and now that it's done it's punching beautifully with a big, round, aggressive sound. The owner also wanted a K&K pickup fit, which I gladly supplied.

Word to the wise -- check out that sort-of "curly" or "silky" figure in the top spruce. Am I right? So nice...
