1960s Fender Partscaster Jaguar Electric Guitar w/Danelectro Lipstick Pickups

This is a partscaster that Ancel put together for a friend of the shop. It's a mix of old '60s parts (the neck and the original Danelectro lipstick pickups) and modern/relic'd parts. The owner wanted a simple wiring job (3-way and volume control) and so there's a lot of voids in the control plates.

I'm a Jaguar fan and one fit with original Dano pickups is a pretty great fit for me, too, as I'm also a huge fan of Danos. This guy has flats on it as well, so the overall feel is very retro. It makes a great rhythm guitar or, when driven, a spidery-sounding lead machine.
