1975 Framus Graziella Electric Mandolin

Overview: This cute little thing is a Framus, A-style mandolin that's been electrified at the factory. It's got a simple, single-coil pickup and has a clean, sweet, easy sound. These instruments usually need a bit of sprucing-up as they age and the work's all done, here, to make it a reliable, gig-ready player.

Interesting features: It's got nice lines, for starters -- pear-shaped -- and a good, sunburst finish that's attractive. The bolt-on maple neck means neck-angle-adjustments are easier down the line. It's also mostly-original, though someone installed a replacement wiring harness, knobs, and jackplate/jack.

Repairs included: Sarah gave it a level/dress of the frets and a setup. At the same time, the bridge got some compensation so it plays in-tune up the neck and I added a ground for the wiring. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.
