1981 Martin D-35 Dreadnought Guitar

Overview: This is exactly what it looks like -- a played-in but well-preserved D-35. It has the big, round, full sound you'd expect and would easily hold the bottom-end down in a chug-a-lug bluegrass or folk situation, no problem. It's easy on the eyes, too, and has the classic Martin neck feel.

Interesting features: Of course, the back with its 3-panel design in rosewood looks killer. The rest of the trim is also nice -- multi-ply binding, what-have-you. There's a good bit of "silking" to the top grain which is pretty fetching.

Repairs included: It got a level/dress of the frets and some setup work. Jose did the work and it plays spot-on and is ready to go.

Condition notes: There's some pickwear near the soundhole and fretboard extension and mild usewear (small scratches, nicks, scuffs) throughout the body and headstock edges and whatnot. Overall it's looking good though. There's finish weather-check and it's aged a nice buttery-yellow color on the top.

It comes with: It's got a good hard case and a pickup (K&K) installed.
