1952 Gibson LG-1 00-Size Guitar
Overview: I worked on this guitar back in 2022 and it's held-up playing spot-on ever since. It came back in the shop and just needed a tiny tweak of the truss rod before putting it out on the floor. It's a nice example of an old LG-1, with the small pickguard, through-saddle bridge, no cracks, and just the right amount of wear to make it inviting to pick up and play. LG-1s tend to be woody, midsy, and plain in voice -- a perfect fingerpicking or country-blues guitar -- but this one also has a little more warmth and mellow than normal, making it quite a good flatpicker, too.
Repairs included: I'd previously given it a neck reset, level/dress of the frets, new bone saddle, and setup work. I think I may have also re-buttoned the tuners. It's playing bang-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: There's weather-checking throughout the finish and light scratches/scuffs/small dings here and there throughout, too. The bridge pins, endpin, and saddle are non-original. I think the tuners may be slightly later, too, as they're pretty clean, though I'm not sure on that -- and the tuner buttons definitely are. The frets are the quite-low/smallish vintage Gibson stock, so if you're a big-fret guy, you may not enjoy the feel.
It comes with: It has a very nice hard, TKL, arched-lid, tweed-covered case.
